WDG-V ANALYZER

WDG-V flue gas oxygen analyzer consisting of:
• WDG-V sensor in NEMA 4X hinged stainless steel enclosure.
• Air-operated aspirator with aspirator air regulator and gauge.
• Heater to maintain components above the dew point of flue gas.
• Convection flow loop with zirconia cell and flow sensor.
• Three isolated current outputs. Adjustable to correspond from 0-1% oxygen to 0-100% oxygen. Each output can be 4-20 mA, O-20 mA or 20-0 mA and is fully scalable. NAMUR configurable. Select hold or track during calibration.
• Three independent NO alarms. Relays can be set to energize or de-energize on alarm.
• Diagnostics: Low Sample Flow, Cell & Detector Age Tracking, Cell Resistance, Calibration Required, Analog Current
• Digital Communication: 2-wire MODBUS RTU
• Real-time clock/calendar.
• Manual calibration or calibration verification. Stored calibration and verification data. Selectable calibration gas run time and process recovery time. Timed automatic calibration with optional Remote Calibration Unit.
