Shipping & Returns
No Products may be returned unless authorized in advance by us and then only upon such conditions to which we may agree. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to any return shipment, and such RMA number must appear on the shipping label and packing slip. You shall be responsible for returned Products until such time as we receive the same at our facility in Pittsburgh, USA, and for all charges for packing, inspection, shipping, transportation or insurance associated with returned Products.

Currently we are only offering USA shipments. All Buyers and End Users must be located in the USA.
All items list an availability which is the shipment lead time. We currently offer two Methods of shipment: Ground or Overnight. The item will ship via the method selected according to the availability indicated. Customers may choose to pay the flat rate listed or provide a preferred carrier and account information for a collect shipment.
